Plenty To Love!
This is a 16″ x 24″ concession sign design created for Maciano’s Pizza and Pastaria. This sign was used at a Maciano’s concession stand, and the purpose was to both represent the brand, and to tell the location of the brick and mortar store. We used a “Food Wall” design that was very popular for Maciano’s at the time, using pictures that included food photography from Controlled Color. We gave the wall a curved appearance, and put it on a pastel yellow surface, with a black background. The slight reflection we added to the “floor” changes the entire dynamic of the piece, making it feel more like a showroom than just a wall on a colored background. Clean, clearly defined, easy to read… no wonder we loved this design so much. So did Maciano’s.
