    This is a 7 1/2″ x 10 1/2″ Save On Magazine Front Cover Ad design created for Maciano’s Pizza and Pastaria. We had reduced ad space for this front cover, due to the rollicking banner Save On wanted to add to the foot. The purpose of this front cover design was to feature Maciano’s delicious thin crust pizza, and naturally we used food photography from Controlled Color to show off all of the delicious details!  We kept the popular lattice background, and used a tan texture for the table surface. We put in pasta and salad pictures that would fall behind Save On’s reserved areas, just to suggest the variety of food that Maciano’s serves. We put the call to action “Valuable Offers Inside” in a burst, to make sure it stood out above the design. Just another great looking piece!
