Although they’re called Yard Signs, these types of outdoor signs can be used for a variety of purposes – to let people know about a unique Sale, Blood Drive, Food Drive – not to mention the political uses. Yard signs are available in 4 mil or 10 mil Coroplast (corrugated plastic), and come in a variety of sizes. Step stakes are available for small to medium sized signs (up to 18 x 24, the most popular yard sign size).
Quantity
Yard Sign quantities are sold in increments of 5. They can be 5 of the same graphic, or one each of five different graphics. There is no limit to the amount of signs we can produce, but larger quantities will affect turnaround time.
Size
As mentioned earlier, the typical Yard Sign size is 18 x 24, but you certainly could make yours smaller, or larger. 24 x 36 is generally the largest size you want for a yard sign, mostly because anything larger tends to grab the wind, much like a sail, and your yard sign blows away, never to be heard from again.
Material (Substrate Type)
Coroplast is the trade name for the corrugated plastic that outdoor signs are generally printed on. They’re cost effective, look great, and stand up to the elements well. The 4 mil gauge is good for 1-7 day use, while the 10 mil gauge can withstand months of weathering.
Turnaround
Turnaround times are 1-2 days, shipped overnight. If ordered early in the day, next day delivery is possible. Larger quantities require slightly more time.
